Peripheral blood – Purple top tube (EDTA).
Bone marrow – preferably one sodium heparin green top or red top tube from sodium heparinized syringe or K2EDTA Purple top tube.
Fresh tissue – preferred: place sample in container with flow cytometry transport media; also acceptable: container with saline.
Fluid – collect in a sterile cup/container.
